Research & Analysis

Our hardware architects audited factory subpanels, identifying critical EMF spikes and designing sensor placements to capture thermal and current telemetry.

Planning & Architecture

Planned a hybrid edge-cloud telemetry pipeline. Edge nodes collect high-frequency current sensors and summarize metrics to reduce cloud bandwidth.

Architecture & Validation:Designed a secure IoT topology: STM32 microcontroller nodes connect via RS-485 to an ESP32 gateway, which acts as the MQTT publisher to AWS IoT Core.

UX/UI Design

Designed a multi-layer custom PCB using Altium Designer and built a real-time React analytics control center dashboard with secure authentication parameters.

Development & Testing

Developed firmware in Embedded C using Zephyr RTOS on STM32 microchips, transmitting packet streams via MQTT to an AWS IoT Core database.
